We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care team serving adult patients (18+). This is a mission-driven opportunity for physicians who value meaningful patient care and are comfortable working with underserved populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness.

🩺 What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Perform in-office procedures as appropriate

Serve as PCP for a patient panel

Collaborate with APPs and interdisciplinary care teams

Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR

Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
🗓 Schedule

Typical clinic hours: 7:00–3:30, 7:30–4:00, or 8:00–5:00

No evening, weekend, or on-call requirements
💻 Technology

EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
✅ Qualifications

MD or DO with active, unrestricted California license
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Current DEA license (CA address required)

BLS certification
-
Residency completed
-
Experience with underserved populations preferred

Bilingual skills a plus (not required)
💼 Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $220,000 – $300,000

W-2, direct-hire position
