Weβre seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care team serving adult patients (18+). This is a mission-driven opportunity for physicians who value meaningful patient care and are comfortable working with underserved populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness.

π©Ί What Youβll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Perform in-office procedures as appropriate

Serve as PCP for a patient panel

Collaborate with APPs and interdisciplinary care teams

Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR

Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Typical clinic hours: 7:00β3:30, 7:30β4:00, or 8:00β5:00

No evening, weekend, or on-call requirements

EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
β Qualifications

MD or DO with active, unrestricted California license

Board Certified or Board Eligible (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Current DEA license (CA address required)

BLS certification
-
Residency completed
-
Experience with underserved populations preferred

Bilingual skills a plus (not required)

Salary range: $220,000 β $300,000
