Job Responsibilities
* Provide accurate, patient-centered primary care to adults and families, including routine physical exams and age-appropriate preventive screenings.
* Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
* Deliver clear, data-driven wellness counseling and preventive care guidance tailored to patient needs.
* Manage episodic/immediate care concerns typical of a primary care setting.
* Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team to support measurable quality outcomes and continuity of care.
* Review labs, imaging, and clinical documentation promptly and thoroughly.
* Complete electronic medical record (EMR) charting in a timely, efficient manner.
* Communicate professionally with patients, families, and clinical support staff to optimize patient experience and care coordination.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in Maryland (MD)
- Board certification/ Board Eligble in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
- Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care, and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative practice environment.
Working Hours
Flexible options across 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, during core clinic hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
