A full-time outpatient Primary Care Physician opportunity focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The physician will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support coordinated care, quality outcomes, and an excellent patient experience.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants and clinical teams
• Coordinate care with medical staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional medical standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Support special medical projects and on-site services as needed
Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active or eligible unrestricted state medical license
• Active, unrestricted DEA license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Preferred: 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience
Working Hours
• Full-Time | Outpatient
• Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Skills
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Team-oriented, patient-focused approach
• Proficiency with EHR systems (Athena EMR preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
