Job Responsibilities
• 👨⚕️👩⚕️ Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients following state and national standards
• 🧪 Order and review labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• 💊 Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• 🤝 Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• 📝 Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
• 🥗 Counsel patients on lifestyle and preventive care
• 🔒 Ensure compliance with HIPAA and quality standards
Qualifications
• 🎓 MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• ✅ BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Palliative Care/Hospice
• 📜 Active New York State medical license
• 💊 DEA/DPS (may be completed during credentialing)
• 🏥 Completed U.S. residency or 5-year pathway
• 🧠 Experience in primary care and diagnostic services
Working Hours
• 🕘 Full-Time | Day Shift
• 📆 Monday–Friday (schedule may vary by setting)
