Fulltime Internal Medicine Physician - Vincennes, IN

We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity with an excellent work-life balance and a strong, supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights

• Full-time outpatient role with a 4-day work week

• Enjoy a 3-day weekend schedule

• Split schedule:

  • 2 days dedicated outpatient clinic

  • 2 days supervising Internal Medicine residents in a Residency/Faculty clinic

• Includes 4 administrative hours per week

• Take over an established patient panel (400+ patients) due to retirement

• Collaborative team environment with 1 physician and 2 APPs

• Broad and well-established subspecialty referral support

• Certified Primary Stroke Center

• Level III Trauma Center

• Commission on Cancer–approved Oncology Center

• EPIC EMR with AI-assisted ambient documentation, significantly reducing documentation time

• Remote / phone-only call rotation: 1:4
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $250,000 for up to 3 years

• Additional wRVU-based productivity bonus
