Overview:
Location: Elizabethtown, Kentucky
Post-acute / inpatient rehab focused role
Leadership and clinical oversight responsibilities
Job Duties:
Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses, and implement plans of care
Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to nurse practitioners
Conduct clinical case reviews as needed
Share tools, information, and guidelines related to quality of care
Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Primary care experience required
Inpatient rehabilitation facility experience preferred
Active and unrestricted Kentucky medical license or application in process
Active and unrestricted DEA/prescriptive authority or application in process
Compensation:
Estimated annual compensation range: $201,168 – $277,460
No cap on productivity income potential
Position Highlights:
Monday through Friday schedule
Base salary plus productivity compensation model, paid bi-weekly
