Schedule & Practice Details
* Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (clinic schedules may vary)
* 100% outpatient
* Average 18–20 patients per day
* Collaborative, multidisciplinary care model
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Promote preventive health and wellness
* Build and maintain strong patient relationships
* Participate in community health initiatives as desired
