Our client, a prominent healthcare organization dedicated to serving diverse urban communities in Brooklyn, NY, is hiring a Internal Medicine Physician to join their dynamic outpatient clinics. This key role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality primary care in a busy, well-supported environment, contributing to an expanding network of ambulatory clinics amid major growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including annual physicals, chronic disease management, and urgent/sick visits for adult patients.
  • Manage a full patient load efficiently within a fast-paced outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical confidence and decision-making skills to operate autonomously in a busy clinic environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient satisfaction and care excellence.
  • Support the clinic’s growth and operational efficiency, with potential leadership influence in a rapidly expanding facility.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with minimal telephonic call responsibilities (1 week every 5 weeks).

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in community or urban clinic settings.
  • Demonstrated clinical confidence and ability to be autonomous.
  • Strong decision-making and leadership presence.
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing high patient volumes and growing a busy outpatient practice.
  • Must meet all credentialing and licensing requirements to practice in New York.
