SCHEDULE : The provider will work outpatient clinic hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. After-hours call will be based on a rotation schedule.

- Board Certified in Family Medicine. or Board eligible - [REQUIRED]

- Must be local - no flights
