We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, physician-led medical group with 35+ locations across New York State. This is a stable, long-term opportunity ideal for a mid-to-late career physician (15+ years of experience) seeking excellent work-life balance, strong clinical support, and a collegial practice environment.

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients
Deliver preventive care, routine physicals, and health maintenance
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma)
Order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and evidence-based treatment plans
Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
Maintain accurate documentation using EHR/EMR systems
Rare weekend hospital coverage only for surgical complications (as needed)
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Valid, unrestricted New York State Medical License
Active DEA license
Current BLS/ACLS certification
Clean malpractice history
15+ years of primary care clinical experience preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus (based on patient population)
Working Hours
4 or 5-day work week (physician choice)
Regular clinic hours
Rare weekend hospital coverage only when required

💰 Compensation & Benefits
$235,000 base salary
Up to $50,000 productivity & quality bonus (for 10+ years' experience)
CME: $2,500 allowance + 3 paid CME days
PTO: 4 weeks + 6 paid federal holidays
