Job description
One of our trusted partners is seeking an Internal Medicine, Addiction Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician to support their Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Details/Requirements:
--Coverage needed: Starting March for ongoing coverage
--Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
--Sat/Sun Call (7a-10:30a) optional
--Setting: Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program
--MD or DO
--Experience in addiction medicine or opioid treatment programs strongly preferred
--Active Pennsylvania license and DEA required - must be authorized to prescribe methadone and buprenorphine
--Job Duties: Physicals, orders labs and reviews serology reports, medical histories, diagnose and classify narcotic dependence, managing dosage for new and existing patients, etc.
