Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $350,000–$375,000

• $25,000 sign-on bonus

• $15,000 relocation assistance

• Licensing & dues allowance: $2,000 annually

• CME allowance: $4,000 annually

• Benefit time: 240 hours

• Medical malpractice insurance provided (claims-made with tail coverage; $2.3M per occurrence / $6.9M aggregate)
