Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Practice Setting: Outpatient / Primary Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established healthcare practice in Maryland. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, committed to high-quality patient care, and experienced in managing both acute and chronic medical conditions. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with limited weekend requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and/or family medicine patients.

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

  • Perform routine physical examinations, preventive care, and wellness visits.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.

  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and overall wellness.

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Adhere to clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (required).

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory).

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.

  • Ability to manage a diverse patient population in a primary care setting.
