Join Our Team as an Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Internal Medicine provider to join our dynamic team. Required Skills:
  • Valid Medical License and Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
  • Proven experience managing hematology and oncology patients
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and patient management skills
  • Experience with infusion center procedures and clinic operations
  • Competence in managing a busy practice with a focus on patient safety and quality care

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Advanced training or certification in Hematology or Oncology subspecialties
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Experience in radiation oncology, interventional radiology, or surgical oncology
  • Familiarity with telemedicine platforms
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience in hematology and oncology
  • Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary clinical environment

Other Requirements:
  • Flexible availability to start on or around 01/13/2026
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties and patient consultations
  • Commitment to providing culturally competent, compassionate care
  • Ability to work onsite with access to radiation oncology, surgery, IR, and lab services
