Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology within 5 years of residency
- Valid BLS certification
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in Rheumatology
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with intravenous therapies
- Prior outpatient Rheumatology practice
- Knowledge of hospital credentialing processes and outpatient procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Rheumatology clinical experience recommended
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to go through hospital credentialing
- Flexibility to work 4-5 days per week (preferred), 32-36 hours weekly, with shift hours typically 7 am to 5 pm
- Guarantee of 8 hours per day, with overtime requiring clinic manager approval
- Candidates must be local or willing to drive in; long-term housing support options available
- Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable
