Assignment Overview
We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider for a consistent, long-term outpatient assignment starting in April 2026. This role offers a highly desirable work-life balance with a standard weekday schedule and no after-hours requirements.
- Start Date: April 6, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Coverage Type: Clinic Only (No Call, No Nights, No Weekends)
- Term: Minimum commitment of 3–6 months is preferred.
Clinical Details
- Patient Population: Family Medicine (All ages)
- EMR: Epic
- Compliance: Act 10 allowable.
Candidate Requirements
- Licensure: Active Michigan (MI) State License.
- Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE).
- Life Support: Active BLS certification.
- Credentialing: 90-day timeline.
