- Three (3) 14-hour night shifts per week OR
- Six (6) 14-hour night shifts every other week
- Approximately 6 admissions per night
- Hospital: 81-bed community hospital
- Established Med-Peds hospitalist program:
- 6 Physicians
- 1 Advanced Practice Provider
- ICU Model:
- 9-bed open ICU
- Tele-intensivist support from Medical Center
- Fully integrated EPIC EHR
- Ventilator management
- Central line placement
- Lumbar punctures
- General Surgery
