Required Skills:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease or Internal Medicine with a focus on Cardiology
- Proven clinical experience in adult cardiology and general internal medicine
- Excellent diagnostic, procedural, and patient management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced cardiac imaging and electrophysiology
- Research or clinical trial involvement in cardiovascular medicine
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, BLS, or ATLS
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine
- Fellowship in Cardiology
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a cardiology or internal medicine setting
Other Requirements:
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotations
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Ability to work flexible scheduling, including potential evening and weekend shifts
