Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (approximately 4–5 months)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Zephyrhills. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.
Compensation & Schedule:

15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $255,000

18 days per month: Base salary $301,000

Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income

RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Job Responsibilities
Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions
No procedures or codes required
Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management
Qualifications
Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
