Position Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- SNF and long-term care primary care rounding
- Autonomy to structure your daily schedule

Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated annual income $210,529–$271,529 (uncapped)
- Sign-on bonus at months 1 and 13

Candidate Requirements:
- BC/BE physician
- Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
- Active, unrestricted PA license and DEA
