This growing and thriving multi-specialty physician group in Missouri is continuing to expand its team as they launch an IM residency program
Position Highlights:
• Program Director Title - Your Voice Matters Here
• Autonomy to structure clinical and admin responsibilities based on what works best for you
• Young IM residency program with a growing team of core faculty
• EPIC EMR and state-of-the-art newly renovated facilities
• Independent, financially stable organization with top resources

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary starts at up to $380,000 - commensurate with skill and experience
• Built on a never-ending guaranteed salary, generous wRVU bonuses, and quality incentives available day 1
• $160,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
