An established outpatient primary care clinic in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to care for an older adult, Medicare-focused patient population in a supportive and well-organized outpatient setting.

This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy geriatric medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care—without hospital responsibilities.
