Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute & chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients on wellness and disease prevention
• Document care accurately in Athena EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in Quality Assurance & CQI initiatives
Qualifications
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Colorado Medical License & DEA
• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Experience in primary care or urgent care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Working Hours
• Full-time | 40 hours per week
