- Hours: 40 hrs, flexible schedule based on location

- Sign-On Bonus: $25000
- Compensation: $233,280.00 - $270,418.18 plus sign-on bonus starting at $25,000 and $10,000 relocation assistance after 6 months of employment, with receipts.

DETAILS: - Perform medical examination and evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, minor surgical procedures, follow-up consultation, and health education following BACH clinical policies and procedures. - Identify, evaluate, and address disease prevention and health promotion issues for patients while administering quality care. - Educate patient and/or family about preventive care, medical issues, diagnosis, and use of prescribed medical treatments and/or medications. QUALIFICATIONS: - CA License REQUIRED - DEA License REQUIRED - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED - Experience in community health PREFERRED
