We are seeking a bilingual Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a locum tenens assignment in California. This opportunity starts on Jan 19, 2026, with a 60-day LOA, offering a full-time Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Candidates must have experience in rural health, be comfortable with patient volumes of 24+ per day, and be paneled with CA Medical and ORP. Spanish fluency is required.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) setting
- Manage rural health aspects and address 3+ complaints per patient visit
- Deliver care in alignment with quality metrics and preventative care standards
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients
- Commit to the full duration of the assignment
Additional Information
- Must be licensed in California
- Must be paneled with CA Medical and ORP
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Required board certification: Family Medicine
- Locum FQHC experience preferred
- Strong understanding of rural health and quality metrics is ideal
