🩺 Physician | Internal Medicine (Hospitalist – Nights)
A rewarding permanent nocturnist opportunity is available for a Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a supportive inpatient team in a community-focused hospital setting.

✨ Position Highlights

🌙 Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 7 days on / 7 days off
🛏️ Patient Census: Approx. 5–10 patients per night
🏥 Setting: Inpatient hospitalist service with open ICU
🤝 Support: Strong subspecialty coverage and 24/7 intensivist support
🧠 EMR: Paragon
📊 Practice Mix: Mostly adult patients
🚫 On Call: None

💼 Responsibilities

• Manage overnight inpatient care, admissions, and cross-coverage

• Coordinate care with nursing, specialists, and ancillary teams

• Participate in handoffs, quality initiatives, and patient safety programs

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 1 year) in Internal Medicine

• Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain)

• DEA certification

• Clean malpractice and license history

• New graduates welcome (experience preferred, not required)

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💵 Base Salary: $325,000 annually
