Physician - Primary Care

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history and current health status
- Perform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and wellness visits
- Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid Alabama medical license or ability to obtain licensure
