- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- Support staff: NP
- Facility Type: FQHC

- Avg. Daily Census: 18-20
- Patient Age Group: All Ages (Mainly Adults)
- Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Certified or Eligible
- State License(s): MO
- Current BLS certification

- Years of Experience Req’d: 1+ Year (NEW Grads accepted)
