A nationally recognized, physician-led organization at an established outpatient Internal Medicine practice is seeking a BE/BC IM physician to join their growing team and serving the Billings, Montana region.

Organization Details:
• Practice is part of a large, integrated healthcare system with a strong regional presence
• Established outpatient clinic with a stable referral base and immediate patient demand
• Collaborative, physician-focused culture with autonomy and scheduling flexibility
• Benefit from the resources and stability of a large organization — without the bureaucracy frequently associated w larger systems
Position Details:
• 100% outpatient Internal Medicine
• 4- or 5-day workweek with flexible scheduling options & minimal call
• Typical clinic hours 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Established patient panel with immediate volume - Seeing 18-22 patients per day
Compensation:
• $290,000 base salary plus wRVU-based production
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Student loan repayment available
• Relocation assistance offered
• Executive-level benefits package including PTO, malpractice coverage, and annual CME
