Primary Care Physician (FM/IM)
Location: 1 Hour from Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: Long-term Contract or Permanent
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No nights, weekends, or call
Position Details:

Outpatient-only primary care
-
Patient census: 12–15 patients per day

Scope includes preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and wellness exams

Credentialing timeline: 4–6 weeks
Requirements:
-
MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
-
Any state medical license accepted
-
Must have BLS and ACLS
-
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders
-
Must meet all facility credentialing standards
