Position Summary
The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its expanding adult primary care team in the New Haven area.
This full-time, permanent role is predominantly outpatient, supported by an experienced nursing and administrative team. Physicians benefit from strong leadership, manageable patient panels, integrated support services, and a practice environment modeled around evidence-based, team-oriented care.

Essential Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient adult primary care
Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, and heart disease
Perform routine preventive care, annual exams, and wellness visits
Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health providers, and allied staff
Utilize EMR effectively and maintain accurate, timely documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based case discussions
Stay current with clinical guidelines and internal medicine best practices
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution
Licensure: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; eligible for Connecticut licensure
Training: Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
Experience: Experienced physicians and new graduates welcome
