-Internal Medicine
-Practicing/No residents
-Outpatient Practice setting
-Monday- Friday with option to practice 4 days per week
-Duties of the position
- Preventive care: Annual physicals, wellness exams, screenings, and vaccinations.
- Chronic disease management: Ongoing care for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease.
- Acute care: Diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses and minor injuries.
- Coordination of care: Referrals to specialists and follow-up management.
- Patient-centered approach: Focus on building long-term relationships and improving health outcomes.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- Active New York license upon start date
- Minimum 1 year of primary care experience (preferably 2 years; urgent care-only experience not suitable)
