🩺 Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient care for all assigned nighttime patients

Perform detailed admissions, histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
-
Manage acute medical issues, including those in the open ICU
-
Coordinate safe and effective discharge and care-transition plans
-
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
-
Uphold hospital policies, medical staff guidelines, and regulatory standards
-
Participate in department meetings, training, and CME
-
Deliver professional and compassionate communication with patients, families, and care teams
💼 Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Active NY medical license or willingness to obtain

DEA certification

Clean malpractice and license history
-
1 year of hospitalist/nocturnist experience preferred

Not accepting Locums, visa candidates, or 1099 providers
💰 Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary: $325,000 annually
