Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
- Proven clinical expertise in cancer and hematologic disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably MOSIAQ
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in chemotherapy management and patient education
- Participation in clinical trials (phase 2 and 3)
- Experience with radiation oncology integration
- Bilingual capabilities to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completed fellowship in Hematology and Oncology
- Minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in a similar setting
Other Requirements:
- Availability for scheduled full-time coverage, including some weekend call shifts (24-hour call)
- Ability to handle consults from emergency departments and respond to patient inquiries
- Knowledge of EMR MOSIAQ is highly desirable
- Must adhere to all licensure, certification, and compliance standards
