The ideal candidate will diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing disease prevention, wellness, and patient education. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities
Manage chronic illnesses and preventive care for adult patients
Conduct follow-up visits and coordinate specialty referrals
Document all encounters accurately in the EMR system
Participate in care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Active and unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
Working Hours
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Light call (varies by facility)
Skills
Excellent communication and bedside manner
Proficient in EMR systems
Ability to manage complex adult health conditions
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
