Job Summary:
Private practice Altitude Family and Internal Medicine, in coordination with HCA HealthONE Swedish, is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join their established, independently owned practice with multiple sites in metro DenverQualified Candidates:
- Board eligible or board certified in internal medicine or family medicine
- Broad interest within primary care with an emphasis on quality and wellness
- Early to mid-2026 start date is ideal; experienced physicians and upcoming graduates will be considered
- Base salary and benefits package to include medical, dental, 401k and match, paid time off, etc.
- 40 hr. 4-day work week
- Phone call is shared 1:5, minimal call volume
