Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient | Monday–Friday
Outpatient Primary Care – Adult & Senior Population | Atlanta
A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join a team-based, value-focused care environment serving adults and seniors.
This role is ideal for physicians who want predictable hours, meaningful patient relationships, and time to manage complex cases within a supportive clinical model.
Position Highlights

No hospital rounding or inpatient responsibilities

Focus on adult and geriatric patients

Team-based care with strong clinical and administrative support

Emphasis on quality, outcomes, and preventive care
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and senior patients

Manage chronic conditions and preventive health services

Build long-term patient relationships

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Practice within established clinical guidelines and quality measures

Participate in population health initiatives
Qualifications
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
-
Eligible for or active Georgia medical license
-
Comfortable caring for older adults with multiple chronic conditions
-
Interest in preventive and value-based care

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
• Active DEA license
• US work authorization
• Someone who embodies being “Oaky”
Skills
• Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations
• Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
• Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings
• Bilingual proficiency where applicable
