- One of the state’s largest Community Health Centers. Our organization provides high quality healthcare to residents across nine Southwest Georgia counties.
- Comprised of 28 clinical sites, a pharmacy, and one administrative location.
- Our physician group includes over 80 providers
- Specialize in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Midwifery, Podiatry, Behavioral Health, Optometry, and Dentistry.

About the Role:
- Internal Medicine Physician
- Location: Albany, GA
- Provides medical services in the general care and treatment of patients in the health center.
- Diagnoses and treats illnesses or diseases of the patients, instructs patients in their proper care and treatment alternatives, and instructs medical support staff as needed.
- See patients of all ages
- Schedule: M-F - 8am to 5pm. Zero Weekends or Holidays!
- Daily Volume: 20 per day
- 100% Outpatient Clinic Care

- Up to $100K Sign on Bonus! ($50K at Year 2 and $50K at Year 4)

Background Profile:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Ability to hold and maintain Georgia State License
