Join a well-established clinic in beautiful Corpus Christi, TXÂ that specializes in whole-person, senior-centered care. Youll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care without the pressure of high patient volume or after-hours call.
Practice Overview:
- Practice Type: outpatient primary care practice
- Patient Demographic: adults to seniors
- EMR: Allscripts
- Integrated AI tool for dictation, documentation, and summaries
Position Details:
- Specialties: Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
- Schedule:
- MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 32 patient-facing hours, 8 administrative hours/weekÂ
- Call: None
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Salary: $230,000 $250,000
- Start Bonus: $10,000 $20,000
- Retention Bonus: Paid at 1-year anniversary
- Productivity Bonus:
- Kicks in after first year
- Potential total compensation: $300K+ by Year 2
- Partnership Track:
- Available after Year 3
- Includes base + productivity + equity
