Primary Care Opportunity in Beaumont, TX - 1st year compensation over $320k

Position Overview

Join a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practicedwithout RVU pressure.

We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $235,000$270,000 (commensurate with experience & location)
  • Commencement Bonus: $20,000$60,000+ (varies by clinic)
  • Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary
  • Full Benefits on Day 1
  • Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage
  • Relocation Assistance: Available for moves >50 miles
  • Early Sign-On Bonus Opportunities
  • Total 1st Year Compensation: $300K+ (higher with experience & performance)

Role Highlights

  • Patient Population: Adults 65+ (majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus)
  • Census: 1215 patients per day
  • Visit Length: 2040 minutes per visit

    • NP/PA
    • Medical Assistants
    • Social Workers
    • Lab & Pharmacy support
    • Referral coordination

Training & Professional Development

  • 3-Week Physician Learning Journey
    Comprehensive onboarding that includes:
    • Value-Based Care training
    • Documentation best practices
    • EMR optimization (Athenacurrently in transition)
    • Integrated care model workflow

Requirements

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Geriatric experience preferred
  • HEDIS experience a plus
  • Value-Based Care experience preferredbut not required; training provided
