Shift: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Description:
- Full-time position for a Family Medicine Physician.
- Patients/Day: 14–16
- Types of Cases: Chronic care management (diabetes, HTN, thyroid disorders, etc.)
- Age Group: Adults 18+ required; pediatrics optional
- EMR: Cerner CareB
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM or FM
- Active California License
- Active DEA, ACLS/BLS
- Must be available full-time and able to commit to the entire 12-month duration
- Availability must be confirmed at name clear
