Start date: Our credentialing process takes about 60 – 90 days, so probably like Feb/March.
13-week contract with the option to extend
Shift Hours 8 am - 5 pm (4 days per week)
Patient Census: Around 11 patients per day (NO Pediatrics)
EMR-Epic
No Procedures are required
Hospital-based clinic, or is this at a different address than the hospital? Hospital-based clinic
What 4 days does your client need? Either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
What cases are being seen? Chronic disease management, medication refills, diabetes, and hypertension may see an overflow of cold and flu, but rare cases
What is the support staff: APP Backup, MD backup, full hospital subspecialty support if needed.
Requirements:
Board-Certified Internal Medicine
Montana-licensed and DEA
BLS
Full Travel, airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
Clinic Information:
Excellent Practice
13 physicians and 10 APCs across 3 locations
Geriatric, palliative care, and home care teams
NCQA Level 3 Patient Centered Certified Medical Home
CPC+ participant
Active ACP opportunities
Educational environment
Foundations Preceptor Site
3rd Year Internal Medicine Clerkship Site
Active education site for other health professions students (NP, PA, BSN, MA)
