Specialty accepted: Family Practice, Internal Medicine
Start date or shifts: ASAP – Ongoing
Daily schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Practice setting: FQHC Outpatient Clinic
Types of procedures: High blood pressure, diabetes, cold, flu, routine primary care; refer major conditions to ER
Number of patients: 20–25 per day
Ages: All ages
Requirements: State license, DEA, CSR, and BLS
Additional information: Will Accept providers who prefer to see adult patients only; 1–2 week onboarding; travel and lodging available; flexible schedule with full-time or part-time options
