- Feb - August 2026
- Mon-Fri, 8a-5pm
- EMR Epic
- Work setting clinic
- Support staff: medical assistant, front desk support, clinic supervisor and manager
- New Mexico DEA and license or IMLC LoQ
- Will consider non-local providers and reimburse for travel
- Average patients per day 18
