Outpatient primary care assignment in Chicago with no call, fast credentialing, and travel included.
Highlights
- Monday to Friday only; no call, weekends, or holidays
- Fast credentialing; start in 30 days
- Minimum 3-month commitment with extensions possible

Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic serving Medicare-aged patients
- Support from NPs, RNs, MAs, and scribes
- Spanish-speaking population common
- EMR: Canopy/Greenway
Schedule
- Weekdays, 8 AM - 5 PM
- 16-18 patients per day
- Flexible blocks welcomed
Cases and Procedures
- Traditional internal medicine for senior population
- No procedures required
- Common conditions: diabetes, CHF, hypertension, cognitive decline
Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active Illinois license and DEA required
