Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient primary care team in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday–Friday schedule and no hospital call responsibilities. The incoming physician will work in a collaborative and well-supported practice environment, providing comprehensive primary care to adult patients. The practice emphasizes evidence-based medicine, preventive care, and a team-based approach to patient management.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients.
Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct preventive health screenings, wellness visits, and health risk assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term patient wellness.
Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and other specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; eligible for South Carolina medical licensure.
Experience:
Prior outpatient experience preferred;
new graduates welcome to apply.
Skills:
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills; commitment to patient-centered care.
