Physician - Internal Medicine

We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a 52-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Delaware. This opportunity starts Jan 5, 2026, and offers weekday shifts from 9am to 6pm, with flexibility for any two days per week. The physician will provide telehealth services, managing a wide range of internal medicine cases including preventative care, wellness checks, chronic disease management, and functional medicine cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide telehealth consultations for internal medicine patients
• Perform preventative medicine evaluations and general checkups
• Conduct wellness checks and address minor acute illnesses
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, and respiratory conditions
• Address longevity medicine and functional medicine cases
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate records
