A well-established multispecialty medical group in southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join its growing inpatient team. This is a full-time, employed position with a balanced schedule, supportive environment, and no overnight requirements.
You'll be joining a respected physician-led organization with strong infrastructure, excellent specialist access, and a focus on quality patient care and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities
• No overnight, ICU, or procedural requirements
• Low-acuity admissions; ICU patients managed by intensivists
• Strong specialist support including cardiology, pulmonary, infectious disease, and more
• Modern EMR system (Epic) with voice-recognition documentation
• Collaborative, collegial team culture focused on patient satisfaction and efficiency
• Opportunities for extra shifts if desired
Qualifications
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical license
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Not accepting J-1 or H-1B visa candidates at this time
