Internal Medicine – Southern California (2 Hours to San Diego)
Join a growing outpatient practice in beautiful Southern California! We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to provide high-quality care in a collegial, patient-focused environment.
Position Highlights:
- Outpatient Only – Monday through Friday, full-time schedule
- Competitive Compensation – Starting base salary $260,000+ with wRVU-based bonuses
- Flexible Arrangement – 1099 independent contractor with a 3-year agreement
- Patient Volume – Average 25–30 patients per day; mix of scheduled and walk-in visits
- Modern Facility – Cerner EMR system
