Primary Care Physician - Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | No on-call or weekends
Type: Full-time | Start Date: Within 3 months

Salary: 200K-260K (DOE)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our established clinic in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, managing both acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing prevention and wellness. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes and community health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic illnesses.

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care to a diverse patient population.

  • Coordinate care with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.

  • Manage chronic conditions through education, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring.

  • Promote preventive care through screenings, lifestyle counseling, and patient education.

  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

  • Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and clinical compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree with an active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain).

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred, New Grads accepted.

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

  • Excellent diagnostic, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
